Condolences

Condolence From: David W. Jent - Phoenix, Arizona
Condolence: Often, those that were instrumental in their winning athletic team abilities are recognized and offer grand memories to most. However, those that demonstrate the greatest abilities that far exceed one’s athletics, is one that is sometimes overlooked and/or not nearly as recollected to our memories.

Memorialized and Laid to Rest Today, was one such athlete synonymous to Johnston City and its history: Peggy Anderson Trout. A true athlete in her capabilities to juggle the angst of others, whether it be my trash can is missing, my street has potholes, my alley has a cat, why is my drinking water yellow instead of purple, he said, she said, what was said at the City Council Meetings, well she works for the city, let me ask her at church on Sunday, or better yet, Larry delivers our mail, so I will just leave a note to pass to her at the city hall in my mail....

MASTERED, CONQUERED AND WON the resident JOHNSTON CITY TEAM for 18 Years in Her Service as Johnston City Treasurer!

She not only won at that elected leader of a team with far less recognition and very little compensation, but she won a good fight in Her Savior!

REST IN PEACE DEAR PEGGY, CELEBRATE YOUR MOTHER, WIFE, SISTER, AUNT, CLASSMATE AND FORMIDABLE LEADER ADDED TO THE HISTORY BOOKS OF JOHNSTON CITY, Now but not just a memory, but one true Athlete!
